I'll try to add lots of these this year.

Robert is just being moody, he is one of those cats who actually has a character and he's not always happy; sometimes he acts like he is offended or just sick of the world and then he sulks in the corner. That's what happened on the picture :)Rivhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04561804353287763337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-833552366782548505.post-559179144370110512014-01-12T18:45:14.340+02:002014-01-12T18:45:14.340+02:00Thanks Mary, I hope you are having a nice reading ...Thanks Mary, I hope you are having a nice reading weekend as well. (I realise it sounds a bit sad but I do love good food....)

I'm also very happy to be reading more non-fiction (I have a few books stored on Kindle as well), and thanks for inspiring me to read it more often!Rivhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04561804353287763337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-833552366782548505.post-21379882537630015872014-01-12T18:43:16.940+02:002014-01-12T18:43:16.940+02:00I think you are right, those books definitely comp...I think you are right, those books definitely complement each other but to be honest I don't think there is much difference in which order to read them. I finished Why Be Happy... today and it had quite an impact on me. I will probably check out Oranges as well. And YAY for all the non-fiction. The majority of my reading so far this year has been non-fic too, which I'm cool with :) Even one of the graphic novels I've read was kind of non-fic.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11196903315080725315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-833552366782548505.post-49948164370162179102014-01-11T13:27:44.006+02:002014-01-11T13:27:44.006+02:00I saw you gave it five stars on Goodreads and it w...I saw you gave it five stars on Goodreads and it was encouraging enough I decided to pick it up next :)

I'm only in some 20 pages, but already have several post-its stuck in certain paragraphs. The language seems to be just beautiful so far, even though the subject matter is tough. But as she just said, describing certain landscape in England, "It is not an easy beauty. But it is beautiful." I guess that is a way to sum up such books as well :)

My only concern is that I haven't read Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit, and if it will take away from reading experience. I'm hoping not.
